Diet tips for January - Original version
Last year December you binged on food, and as i see you have gained some weight. So if you want to become pretty you should follow a strict diet in my opinion. I have read some articles about if you consume your piss, that is actually good for you. That will cleanse your system. So i want you to follow my instructions and prepare your body for the cleansing ritual! One day before the task you have to consume the foods that i recommend you, and only drink water to prepare your body for this amazing event. On the next day morning you have to use your first morning "waste", so be sure to not visit the toilet without my instructions... Be ready for me, because you have to look much better for the spring! It is time to reset your body and detox! Make me proud and repeat this plan 2-3 times a week!
(This is the original version with and "caviar" consuming instructions.)
