The well known Mistress Amanda has a really perfect body and now you can watch what and how she does to keep it in shape.
First she starts in black joga pants (leggings) and sweater than it gets more and more hot for her and she gets sweaty so she removes all her clothing step by step until a thiny small black thong.
She does many different aerobik-exercises: star jumps, running on the spot, kicking, punching and between these for her thighs: knee bending squat.
