Practicing Resus With Sophia Smith
Sophia is coming surfing with me and she hasn’t been before. We’ve got our cute swimsuit wetsuits on in preparation. It can be dangerous so it’s a good idea to know CPR and I’ve suggested that we practice it before we go. I get Sophia to lie down on the floor on her back and I talk her through the process. In Kinky Splash resus we do x15 chest compressions and x5 breaths into the mouth (Please note this is not real medical advice and only fun kinky role play!). I place my hands just below her sternum and push down x15 times, making sure I don’t press too hard as this is just a practice. Then I tilt her head back and open her mouth, I check that her mouth is clear and that she hasn’t swallowed her tongue. Then I make a seal around her mouth and blow air into her lungs, you can see her chest rise and fall. I repeat this process several times. Next we swap and Sophia has a go on me, she’s not confident as she has never done this before. She struggles to make a seal correctly around my mouth and we both giggle. She keeps practising but she just can’t quite get it. More practice is needed before I go out surfing with her!
