À l'aide de mon bandana violet, je le fourre dans ma bouche. J'ensuite scelle ma bouche avec quelques bandes de ruban adhésif. Puis, je prends une autre bande pour obstruer complètement mon passage d'air au niveau du nez. J'essaie de le garder aussi longtemps que possible avant de l'arracher et de recommencer à fourrer et sceller.
