The inmate Jennifer asks for socks
It is too much cold in Jennifer cell.
She is an italian inmate and she speaks italian.
she asks to speack with jail direcctor because it is too much cold.
So a guard takes her handcuffing by very tight waist chain and tight handcuffs in front and legirons in combo devices.
The guard hold her arm for walking to the jail office.
She asks for a remediation for too much cold.
The director gives her a pair of with socks and he asks her to wear immediatly after removing only legirons.
But Jennifer is tied by tight handcuffs chained to her waist so this operation is very difficult.
At the end Jennifer wears her socks and she come back with a guard holding her arm.
They walk again to the cell where the guarda removes waist chain to Jennifer.
So she remains shackled by combo handcuffs and legirons and shecan touch her socks and her feet now covered by jail cold.
