diving underwater and holding breath
Lily was at the pool, preparing for her second time to dive underwater with her mask and goggles on. A mix of excitement and nerves filled her as she took a deep breath and submerged herself. Holding her breath for about 1 to 1.5 minutes, she felt the thrill of the cool water surrounding her, even though the pressure of the moment made her a bit scared. As she swam, she released a flurry of bubbles, signaling her anxiety. She knew this was a challenge, and she appreciated any support from those around her as she pushed through her fears.Support Lily and buy this clip, if many people like it she will continue and lengthen her dives underwater
