Description

Nathalia dives in too the pool, in this fully underwater video, to practice some breatholds. She dives down too a weight on the bottom of the pool and holds her breath while relaxed, working out, and in multiple positions. Everything is great until she takes her breath holds too far. Her hands grip the weight as she inhales water. Eventually her body gives up and floats too the top.
