Frank finally gets his dream match!
Frank confessed to me that he had always wanted to face Andy on the mats, so of course I was happy to make that wish come true. And honestly, I was curious myself to see what would happen when I put these two together.
You already know Frank. He is competitive, stubborn, always gives everything he has and fights hard for every single point. He never likes to give anything away for free and even against a difficult opponent, he will keep trying until the very end.
And then there is Andy.
Andy has that incredibly effective style that I love watching. She can look relaxed and almost casual, but somehow she keeps finding the right positions, the right timing and a way out of situations where you think she might finally be in trouble. She is experienced, technical and notoriously difficult to beat.
Before the action starts, there is also a short interview and conversation with both of them, so you can get to know the fighters a little before they throw themselves at each other. I personally really enjoy having these little moments in my videos — it makes the whole match feel more personal and gives you a little insight into who you’re actually watching on the mats.
Then it’s time for 20 minutes of real competitive wrestling.
For me, this turned into a really beautiful, juicy competitive match to watch. There is plenty of action, struggle, technique and genuine effort from both sides. Frank finally has the woman he always wanted to test himself against standing in front of him — but getting your dream opponent and actually beating her are two very different things.
