Examen médical du patient en chasteté
ITALIAN clip with ENGLISH subtitles
Today I have a very unusual patient coming in. He’s wearing a chastity cage; the keys are in his mistress’s hands. I start with a general examination: head, throat—a test he passes with flying colors when I push the instrument all the way in. I check his hearing, his eyes, and his sensitivity all over his body. I notice enormous, swollen testicles, full of semen, while his penis is reduced to a small protuberance that looks like a clitoris. I spit into his mouth to test his gag reflex and measure his micropenis in its cage. His legs are weak, his calves nonexistent, his feet dirty. In the end, I prescribe a simple treatment: masturbate more to empty those swollen balls. Goodbye, patient.

Arrivederci, paziente.
