Just belly punching. That's it. Set your expectation to 'realistic'. I only weigh 100 pounds so this isn't exactly the WWF. One of the slaves was in really good shape and could take a lot so you get to see me punching as hard as I can over and over again...the other slave was kind of a wimp and was hogtied on the floor (that pretty much evens up the odds for me!).
