Binging in bed = BIG bulging belly!
Soooo I made myself a little snack to eat in bed while I read my magazines, but "little" turned into a LOT, lol. I had two containers of ice cream, a box of chocolate caramel cakes, a can of whipped cream, a plateful of red velvet coconut macaroons, 4 raspberry cream cheese turnovers and more! I meant to eat just a normal amount, but I got carried away and started devouring it until my tiny waistline started to grow and grow and grow! I was so absorbed in my magazines I didn't realize how much I was eating..and how much I was expanding! I eat for over 40 minutes straight, OMG! By the end I am lying down moaning and rubbing my belly...I've stuffed myself so much that I struggle to sit up with all this extra weight in my middle, I'm like a giant whale lol. I can't even pull my tank top down all the way cause my belly sticks out so much, and the stripes on my shirt make me look like a huge bumble bee or beach ball!
