Punished by the quirt
Mistress Vixen is wearing her black halter neck dress with the thigh split, yes you know the one! Her slave is shacked standing, arms above his head shackled to a frame. Mistress uses her wicked quirt to great effect, I have felt this and can confirm that it doesn’t have to impact hard to hurt, though when used hard it does really hurt! It is however maybe at its cruelest when used quickly and repeatedly on that same spot, the pain really builds in waves and waves and hurts like the devil. Much like Mistress Vixen, her quirt is compact, gorgeous and viciously cruel.
