Getting up is hard to do for fatty!
Getting up off the couch, out of the chair and pretty much getting up out of anything is getting hard but what about something as simple as crouching up and down? That is getting impossible unless I have something to help me up! I wanted to see how many times I could crouch up and down with the help of a chair just to see how mobile I still am. After I'm all out of breath and ready to go be lazy I decide to see if I can get up without the help of the chair and if so, how long does it take? Listen to me huff and puff while trying my hardest to get up!
