Description
Galas never passes up an opportunity to pop in public, so when she found this raised tower overlooking the bay, she HAD to climb it with a balloon! She takes a pink Q24 up to the observation deck, and blows it in the sunlight, with the sun loving water sports crowd tooling about in the water below. Of course in the Florida heat, the balloon expands way beyond its rating, and sends a big boom echoing across the bay when she heaves her last breath into it.
