Lola’s bondage bet gone wrong
After watching a movie featuring a classic DID scene, I couldn’t stop pointing out how unrealistic it was. I insisted that anyone tied up like that could escape in no time.
That confidence led to a bet.
My companion wrapped me up with silver duct tape: ankles, above and below the knees, above and below my chest, wrists secured behind my back, and a tape gag to complete the challenge. A five-minute timer was set, and I confidently began trying to prove my point…
I quickly realized I had seriously underestimated the situation.
When the timer reached zero, I was still completely stuck. Instead of helping me, my companion simply walked away, leaving me to struggle on my own. After a long struggle to free myself, I finally managed to get onto my feet and hop my way to the front door, hoping someone outside might come to my rescue.
Will I ever claim movie escape scenes are unrealistic again?
