Description
I sprained my ankle! I've got a big heavy ace bandage wrapped around my ankle, and foot, exposing my toes, ball of my foot and heel. I start out sitting on the couch reading a book with my ankle propped up on a pillow. I decide to try practicing walking with crutches. I get up carefully, walk down the length of the room, then turn around and go back. I sit back down, rub my foot some, then prop it back up with a pillow again.
