Description

This clip features me doing a few of my arm and shoulder exercises, with some ballistic stretching in between. Using twin 10 lb weights and wearing a black silk slip and jeans, I do a few sets of different weight lifting exercises, with a little bit of flirty posing in the middle of the clip, just because I was in that kinda mood:) The clip ends with some close-up flexing of my biceps and shoulders. Enjoy :)
