Turkish food again! I live in a area that has a big Turkish population so a lot of lovely Turkish eateries!
This time round I decided I want lovely kebabs, but I couldn't decide what type so I got 3!
A lamb shish and chicken shish and a donna, which is lamb meat and a big portion of fries.
The shish is big chunks of meat cooked over a big charcoal pit the meat is covered in a lovely herby marinade and is so fringing lovely, the donna is on a big spit thing cooked by a back flame.
Now my place doesn't use pita bread no no no they make a great big flat bread they wrap all the food up in its so yummy!
I am a big meat person and BBQ charcoaled meat is my all time fav so I adore this place!
Biting off great big mouthfuls of this stuff, feeding ribbons of donna meat into my mouth getting all greasy is just so satisfying! My mouth is watering just telling you about it!
So join me for a face filling Turkish night in!
