I show you what my belly looks like when I do a stomach vacuum exercise. I can pull up my tummy so well, that I can fit my entire fist between my ribs. I do the exercise over and over again giving you a nice double view in the mirror or up close look. I can even grab onto the edges of my ribs, digging my fingers under the bones.
