Arwen crutches into the clinic, her sprained foot in so much pain after many weeks that she still needs crutches to get around and can only wear a loose fitting Ugg boot on it. She gently pulls it off and explains the problem to the orthopedist who checks each one of her sensitive toes and the movement in her foot. then she commences the unusual treatment the clinic is known for. She begins tickling Arwen's sensitive soles gliding her fingers down the length of them, at first slowly and then picking up the pace as Arwen reacts. Then to increase her sensitivity the orthopedist greases up her foot and continues her tickle therapy. Until Arwen has had enough and will be using only one shoe for now after that workout.

When Bonnie's friend comes over she notices how ticklish she is and when she asks Bonnie where she is most ticklish Bonnie says its her feet. But her friend says to save that for later and does some quick tummy and side tickling. Then she slowly pulls the sock off Bonnie's left foot and starts tickling her soft wrinkly sole, leaving her other shoe on to make the foot tickling that much more intense for Bonnie. Its clear Bonnie is VERY ticklish and she does everything to ger her poor foot back and when she has a chance rubbing it against the table to try and rub off the tickling sensation and hiding her bare foot under her shoe. But it doesn't work and her friend tickles her relentlessly with her sharp nails while Bonnie wriths and laughs with her very wiggly toes splaying and curling. A very cute tickling clip featuring lovely newcomer Bonnie.
