December 2018 Weigh In
It's no secret that I've shed a few extra pounds this year and continue to lose weight. I promise, I don't know how it's coming off so fast! However, it's been a few months since my last weigh in and I'm interested to see how I measure up to my former self. Starting by wrapping the tape around my bust, waist, hips and thighs one at a time I list an old measurement before finding out my new smaller one. It's amazing even to me how many inches I've lost, over 15 in total! Then finally I step onto the scales and see how much lighter I am than I was just a couple of years ago when I weighed over 230 lbs. You'll be shocked at the figures on the scale and my figure as I flaunt it for you in this clip. I guess I'll have to try and eat more next year! ;)
