I've decided to improve my binge eating skills with a series of challenges. In this one, I set my timer for 15 minutes and take on 2L (about 2 quarts) of full-fat eggnog. I love egg nog, but I've never had full-fat eggnog, and never more than one glass at a sitting! Let's see how far I get! I do lots of belly rubbing and squeezing, talking about how it feels as my stomach fills up.
