OMG I Even Have Back Fat Now!
I've gotten so fat this summer. I told myself I was going to try and get into shape but I just can't stop eating food. From junk food, to burgers, to vegetables, to root floats & Haagen Daz green tea ice cream. I eat it all. I don't discriminate. Now if I ever want to lose the weight I'm really going to have to work at it. But I just don't want to cut back on my food. I always gain it in my belly. Look at how huge my belly rolls are! And look at my back fat! I've never had back fat before! My bras are so tight on me, hardly any dresses fit & most of my summer shorts don't fit. I go into a complaining frenzy here. I go back and forth with my weight though. Sometimes I don't mind it but when I feel so bloated like this I hate it. Like right now, look at my stomach. So bloated. I try on a pair of jean shorts and can hardly button them. I weigh myself & show you the scale. Ahhhh it keeps going up!
