My Traumatizing Toilet Event
I really needed help with my bowels this week since I hadn't gone in a while. I had taken a couple laxatives the day before but they did nothing. So I decided to take a couple more. BIG mistake. They started giving me one of the worst cramps I had ever felt. And on top of that I still felt extremely constipated. As soon as I pull my pants down and sit on the toilet the wave of cramps overtakes my body. It was so intense I almost started crying from the pain. I try to focus on my breathing & clench my fists. I feel the hard dumps inside my asshole but they're not coming out. I keep massaging my belly to help things along. Once the cramps subside I start to push. Nothing. I take my finger, wet it with some spit & finger my butthole hoping it will stimulate the dumps out. It helps a little and after a lot of crampy pushing the hard dumps begin to pop out of my ass. My face literally turns purple from pushing. These cramps were terrible. I felt them in my lower bowels and inside my asshole too. I think I'm traumatized from ever taking laxatives. I dumped out a good amount but I know there's still more in there that needs to come out.
