After BootCamp Shower & Shave - WMV
I just did my first early morning bootcamp style workout since being in military bootcamp 20+ years ago and i know i will feel it tomorrow but until then, i must rinse the sweat off and go on w my day. I am at a friends house w the most amazingly huge double headed shower and so what better place to have you join me as you sit in a claw tub and i shower. I tell you about my day so far and what I have planned as i sort out the water temp, wash my hair, condition my hair, shave my armpits and legs and vag. With every passing minute, the more tired I get and the more my muscles are warning me of their promised soreness but until then, let's conquer the day together but all clean and smooth.
