Today you will meet Laura, your new physical — who denies she’s put on some weight! Laura loves to eat; she snacks away right up until it’s time for her new client’s appointment...

She ran to get ready, but those scrubs clearly aren't her size... the pants strain against her rolls, and the top clings tight to her belly. Yes, it’s a delicious sight, but there’s more. She demonstrates a few exercises, and her belly spills out with every movement—though she keeps trying to cover it up. It’s incredibly sexy seeing Laura looking so flustered as she tries to hide it. She munches on cookies while watching you work out, and when she gets down on all fours, things get even more delicious—just look at that belly hanging down! Are you ready for this therapy session?

WEIGH IN / BODY TALK / FAT TALK / SCALE APP

It has been a long time since my last weigh-in, and I finally stepped back on the scale!

This time I also get to see my body fat, muscle mass, water percentage, and more through my new smart scale. It is really interesting to see how much my body has changed and to start tracking everything in the app from now on.

After months away from the scale, I was honestly curious to see the results. Now that I know where I am, it's time to set some new goals and see where this journey takes me.
