In the final scene, Ana is stark naked, and her fully shaven body is viciously roped to a tree. She balances on one foot, and twitches uncontrollably though this causes the bindings on her penis and testicles to hurt even more. (Mike Hammer)

Watch as Ana is progressed from position to position and more discomfort...initially tied to a bench and later to a tree. Her clothes are gradually removed. Her tits, her ass, and in the climax, her shaven cock are exposed as she is tied in a variety of postions. It is impossible not to be transfixed by these scenes, as she tries her best to maintain her balance, when even small movements mean more pain. (Mike Hammer)

Ana is tied to a tree. She's topless and helpless. The lawn guy looks on -- not knowing what to think.
