Ruby Moon makes no bones about the fact she wants to get knocked up. She walks right into the clinic and straight up asks Dr. Dorian for his jizz. She's heard of his legendary cumshots. The doc starts by conducting an exam then when his cock is rock hard he fucks and spurts his seed right inside her cervix. She's very fertile now and will come back for the results.
