Typical Morning Congestion
Every morning I wake up congested with a nose full of snot. My rest is interrupted nightly with post nasal drip. This morning I woke myself up to a powerful sneeze. Stuffy and snotty, I go through my typical morning drill that consists of sneezing and blowing my nose. There's only one way to really make sure to get all the snot out, and that is to blow hard. My nose honks and vibrates with every blow. My eyes are watering from the moment I wake up. Since I deal with all day congestion, I have to blow my nose while in public, and I know people look at me. They see my nose and athletic build and likely expect the loud honking and intense nose blowing. Over and over, I sneeze and blow out my morning congestion. The next step is to get up and take a warm shower, inhaling the steam to drain my congestion
