Fat Chat + Weigh In June 2017
As some of you know, I have been trying to diet. I tell you about how unsuccessful I have been, and instead of reaching for the healthy stuff I reach for the cookies and chips. It's hard trying to change, and I will always be a true fatty at heart! I then walk to the scale and step on it.. Huge shocker.. well, maybe not. Have I gained? Have I lost?
