I coughed like crazy yesterday. At first I thought it was my bad asthma but when I opened the pack of cigarettes and started counting I realized that it was my second pack and I smoked almost twice as much as usual. Now that everyone is talking about how we should protect our health, I am home all day and smoking more than ever. I smoke when I'm nervous or when I'm bored, it doesn't even matter, I just don't take a cigarette out of my mouth and between my fingers. It's not something I planned, it just happened. It scares me to say I'm an addict but this is the reality, I can not imagine my everyday life without these irresistible cancer sticks.
