I am again in my one-piece swimsuit and tight jeans ready to challenge my back and neck with the progression of the arches. In the beginning, I am lying flat on my back with my hands at my side looking up at the ceiling. This is the resting pose in between each arch. At first the small of my back comes off the ground and back down. My back rises a little further again and back down. 20 seconds up and ten seconds at rest. After the four-minute mark, the arch of my back continues to increase until the arch progressively includes the neck in which case the head slowly starts to roll back so the eyes can start to look into the camera behind me. My hands start to ball and release stretching out my fingers. At about the ten-minute mark the arch of my back is so that I am looking straight into the camera at the height of the arch as my neck arched back and arms are still at my side but my legs begin to bend at the knee. My breathing becomes deep. My hands and fingers are now clasping and stretching out. At the 15 minute mark, my legs are bending to help as much as possible to get the highest arch as I can. My eyes roll back and breathing becomes even deeper. At the 17 minute mark, my arms finally press into the ground my fingers stretching wide to help get the highest arch in the video when my body shuts down and comes to rest flat on my back. My back then continues to arch with my head slightly rolling back my arms and legs laying . My eyes looking into the camera behind it. Till the end.
