Pumping and squirming, squirming all around
I wanted to get my calves really pumped up before we shot me in my black pumps, so I did a bunch of hard calf raises while I still had my red flats on. You can really see my calf muscles getting swollen up, and if that's what you like, you'll really like this first segment. A scene change, and I'm on my little stool with my black pumps on, making my calves squirm and squirm and squirm. Those old muscles really come alive here, so fasten your seat belts and undo your pants! Halfway in, my feet got so sweaty and had to take them out and wipe them off on the braided rug. My pumps back on again, I stand up and squirm my feet around some more, making the tendons in the tops of my feet jump all around. And by this time, my calves and feet were so pumped the vessels across my insteps, around my ankles, and up my shins were so distended it looked like I had nightcrawlers for veins! The sound picked up so well you can hear the leather in my shoes creak as I push my feet around. Finishing up with a solid minute-and-a-half of me grinding and squirming in my black pumps, making the muscles move, the tendons pop, and the veins bulge. This is a great, intimate, TV-format frame-filling look at my best attributes in breathtaking detail!
