Capezio's, bouncing, making feet and making calves
What started out as a simple late afternoon drive-by ‘hello' from my boyfriend turned into be one of our best video sessions yet! It begins with a solid minute of me in my three-quarter-length leotards and Capezio's bouncing on my mini-trampoline to get my calves all pumped up and my veins engorged with some great songs coming over the airwaves. Then it's off with the Capezio's and face-down on the mat for some real close-up toe pointing and calf clenching, by request. Then the Capezio's go back on and I bounce some more to get a better pump, then I get in the mood for some real slow calf raises, still wearing my you-know-what's! If you like veiny feet, you'll love this part! Then into the kitchen for some more dancing and making my now really swollen calves do all kinds of wonderful things, moving in and out of the afternoon sunlight. And still with my Capezio's on.
