Shredded legs on Sunday morning
If jaw-dropping definition is what you want, that’s what you’ll get here, in this clip of my legs on my red couch. If there’s an upside to aging, it’s that a woman’s skin gets thinner because the collagen layer loses volume. The bottom line is that you can see my muscles better. And, there was something about the light on the Sunday morning when this was made that really illustrated this phenomenon. The splits between all my legs muscles are accentuated, as you shall see. When my legs are on the floor, the light makes them look very pale, but when I swing them up on my couch, they are golden brown. In either case, they are very beautiful, if I say it myself. There’s a very nice segment where I keep time to the music that I’m sure you’ll like very much where my calf flexes with each beat. This is followed by a segment where I straighten my knees and tighten up my quads. You can see the muscle fibers twitch! If you like looking at an older but muscular woman, you’ll love this his-res TV format clip, I promise.
