Unpaid rent
Dave comes to see Miss Jessica as the heating in his flat that he rents off her downstairs isn't working very well. There might be a reason for this as Dave hasn't paid his rent this month and after countless notes through his door, Miss Jessica hoped he'd come up and see her about it. After asking about the rent and all Dave is going on about is the heating, she locks the door and shows him a set of 4 tawses she bought especially to punish the last tenant who didn't pay her. Using two black leather tawses and two tan leather tawses Miss Jessica lays stroke after stroke on his bottom until it's looking very sore indeed and when she thinks he's understood her.
