THAT is NOT Dress Code
Stevie is sent home early from school because of her inappropriate clothing AND provocative behavior in class. Little did she realize that Step-Mom Elizabeth was already home, having been called by the school regarding her step-daughter's attire and naughty classroom behavior. Stevie tries to make her short dress appear longer than it really is, but that is not fooling step-mom at all. Plus, the fact that Stevie has been flashing her panties in the classroom, as well as being rather flirtatious with her teacher, has earned her an over the knee spanking from Step-Mom! Stevie tries to talk and wiggle her way out of getting across Step-Mom Elizabeth's lap, but to no avail as Elizabeth has no intention of letting her naughty step-daughter get away with this kind of slutty behavior. Step-Mom Elizabeth delivers a solid dose of hand spanking over Stevie's little panties, then on her bare bottom. Once Stevie is hoping the punishment is over, Step-Mom delivers a further spanking with the wooden hairbrush as Stevie continues to squirm in discomfort until she finally agrees to make certain her clothing meets school dress code in the future.
