Hooters Girl Tara
My own personal opinion, and goes back as far as I can remember, but there is nothing hotter than a lady in a Hooters uniform, and tied up in one is the icing on the cake. Tara is taped to the chair arms with duct tape, and her ankles are taped up as well.
She has a black ball gag strapped in her mouth.
