Blue suede heels
Princess Rachel has her slave in his usual position in front of the couch. She comes home from work wearing her blue suede high heel stilettos. These heels have a very thin heel and are scuffed up from walking around. She stomps on his chest and twists her heel into his chest asking “Does that hurt?” He answers yes it does. So, she does it again before sitting down on the sofa to get comfortable. Once seated, she rests on foot on his face and crosses her legs. Now she starts to play on her phone and ignore her slave while dangling her other shoe over his face. She eventually decides to find a more comfortable spot. She moves her feet around and doesn’t like how it feels so she opens his mouth and inserts her heel across his now open mouth. She proceeds to cross her legs again so he must deal with the full weight of both legs smashing his cheeks and teeth. She has zero remorse for her slave and treats him as a part of the floor. If he is in pain or struggling to breathe is his problem and Princess’ can’t be bothered to care.
