Silent Focus #9 — Almost Total Immersion
Total silence. No music, no speech, not a single sound. I simply lie there, with my feet remaining in the frame. Nothing happens—and that is precisely why your attention gradually begins to latch onto the smallest details. There is no need to look for action or wait for a change. Just observe. With each video, it becomes increasingly interesting to see how long you can sustain your attention on a single, motionless image. Ten videos—one shot, one silence, one experiment with your attention.
