I just got home and I’m feeling a little peckish… I open the fridge and find a wonderful piece of 20-month-aged Grana Padano, fresh as can be!
In this video, I’ll show you my true passion for cheese. I sniff it, lick it, and cut it slowly, savoring every moment. I love the rind, that intense flavor, that little tingle on the palate that lingers in your mouth for hours. I grate it while thinking about how I’ll use it on pasta tonight… but you know what excites me the most?
The thought of sharing this cheese with my friends. Yes, that’s right. I imagine having my friend Laura here, tied up and gagged—I’d make her taste the Grana even though she hates cheese. I’d wave the piece right under her nose, make her smell that strong aroma—the kind that almost turns you on… and then I’d put it in her mouth.
As I eat bigger and bigger pieces, I’ll tell you how much I love playing with people by making them taste things they don’t like but that I adore.

Adoro la crosta, quel sapore intenso, quel pizzichino al palato che ti lascia la bocca per ore. Lo grattugio pensando a come lo userò stasera sulla pasta... ma sai cosa mi eccita di più?
Pensare di usare quest formaggio con le mie amiche. Sì, proprio così. Immagino di avere la mia amica Laura qui, legata e imbavagliata, le farei assaggiare il grana anche se odia il formaggio. Le spazzerei il pezzo sotto il naso, le farei sentire l'odore forte, quello che ti fa quasi eccitare... e poi glielo metterei in bocca.
Mentre mangio pezzi sempre più grandi, ti racconto come adoro giocare con le persone a gustare quello che a loro non piace ma che io adoro
