We last left poor Anthonia at the hospital recovering from spinal surgery after cracking up her Porsche. In addition to having to get used to being immobilized for months in a minerva body cast and SHS she also had to contend with Nurse Bianca -- assigned as her attending nurse, and far too interested in her exposed privates. So Anthonia has mixed feelings when Nurse Bianca is chosen to attend to her "at home" recovery as well, but she is told she is the most experienced nurse in these cases. At home, Nurse Bianca still insists on playing grab ass with Anthonia's naked butt when she helps her crutch or grabbing the inside of the lining of Anthonia's cast just above her muff when she wishes to reposition her or when she wants to lay or sit down. Once on the bed though it's not too long before the horny Nurse reveals her true intentions and nature. Thoroughly trapped and immobilized in her plaster prison, Anthonia has no choice but to sit back and enjoy it as Bianca slowly explores her cast and lovingly tongues her naked and exposed pussy. Responding to the attention, Anthonia instinctually tries to play with her nipples, but realizes the poor little nippers are trapped along with her encased breasts under rolls of hard plaster. With Bianca tonguing her "down below" in a 69 position, its all Anthonia can do to grab at her naked foot and suck on Nurse Bianca's long toes. Nurse Bianca like's that -- along with Anthonia's final submission in general - "It's going to be a fun few months with another immobilized patient under my complete control", Bianca muses, as she plays with Anthonia's long casted toes. You can find more on Anthonia's adventures in this cast here: as she gets the cast applied ; and here: as she gets dressed and tries her crutches for the very first time ; and here: as she struggles to get washed and have a pee. ; and here: as she gets her physical therapy outside in crutches and a wheelchair for the first time.
