Order: My request would be something like this:
You have been walking with your high heels/sandals all day and your toes are full of blisters and little wounds. So, you are complaining how sore your toes are.
Then you take a packet of band-aids and you start to wrap band-aids on your toes (for example, two toes per feet). After that you put your shoes back and you try if it feels more comfortable to walk. No, it does not. Your feet are still aching. You need to put some additional band-aids on other toes too and then you retry your shoes but again more band-aids are needed.
Finally you remove the band-aids on your bigtoes and replace them with extra large band-aids which cover the whole bigtoe.
I hope you have painted toenails (red, pink or something nice). Enclosed is a photo which gives some idea about how to put band-aids. It is especially nice if your nails are partly covered by band-aids but partly visible.
