SRW587 Dakotarose Lifts
The beautiful and super-strong Dakotarose is back in a fabulous lift and carry video with Electra Edward. The video starts with a short, solo muscle flexing and stretching routine to warm up.
After a couple of minutes, she is joined by Electra Edward. She starts off with a fireperson's lift and shows that she can handle Electra Edward's weight with ease. After walking around the room, she almost breaks into a jog. Then she moves on to a cradle lift, followed by a hip lift and then piggy back, each time walking around the room, stopping occasionally to flex a bicep to the camera, or to show off her amazing 6-pack abs.
Lift and carry requires really good core strength and, as you might expect from a fitness model who works out daily, Dakotarose has lots of this.
At the end of the video, Dakotarose performs two "Cradle drops", where she deliberately drops Electra Edward to the floor from a cradle carry. After the second drop, Dakotarose finishes with some final bicep flexing.
