Thank goodness I had these long latex gloves to protect my hands. This smoker was absolutely disgusting! It was so dirty that I could write my name in the grease! I sprayed dangerous oven cleaner on it to break up the grease that had accumulated all last year.

I could feel the gloves getting tight as the gross residue piled up on them. I am so thankful I had them to protect my hands and arms. I scrub and scrape with a dangerous razor blade that could pierce the latex glove at any moment with just a slip of the hand. Then I rinse everything off with hot ( you will see the steam) water with pinesol in it.....which is my " mop boys" favorite cleaning solution!
