I dug up a hot-pink thong bikini that is the very same bikini I filmed myself hula-hooping in a few years ago. How will my body compare side to side in the same bikini with more than 20 extra pounds added?
Even better, I can compare a fit vs fat body in motion. Side by side, I show both videos of me hooping while chubby and hooping while fit. You can see exactly what has changed, what parts have grown, and which areas now have some jiggle.
