My hair has gotten SO icky over the past couple days. I've just been too busy to wash it and it is in desperate need. I don't have time for a full shower as I have to run out the door again, but I hop in the shower, get on my knees, and give my hair a nice, quick cleaning. I shampoo, making sure to get a really good lather. I want my hair to be CLEAN! Once I've fully lathered up, I rinse under the running shower water and I grab my conditioner. I make sure to run it throughout my ends not missing a spot and I massage it in to the rest of my hair as well. Quick rinse and I'm grabbing my towel and heading out the door!
