Unfit ponies will be punished
Mistress Tess and I have decided the We need to cultivate at least one good pony from this herd of lackluster, untrained stallions. The gelding of choice must be sturdy enough to support the weight of the rider along with the heavy tack We wish to use. The first charge out of the gate is far too fat for the saddle's cinch to fit. This pony deserves to be punished for not being fit enough to even wear a saddle. We have no use for a sluggish, fat steed; certainly no more food for him. he will get to wear a bit gag though, to quiet down his loud whinny as Our whips leave deep red marks on his white hide. After We are pleased with the punishment applied to this reject, We get the next one from the herd for a trial. Fortunately, the next proves a perfect fit for the saddle and exhibits a decent trot. Ms. Tess and I cannot wait to see how well he gallops at the end of Our riding crops.
