Watch me Grow with Just a Quick Pump
Want to watch me grow right before you eyes? I flex at first, not even pumped yet. But I get pumped very fast. Then I grab my dumbells, repping out curls to push the pump deep into my biceps. Just imagine being able to feel my biceps as I pump them up...how hard and full they get. Harder than they were to begin. With continuous reps, contracting my muscles, they become like granite. So hard. I hold my dumbell steady at the halfway point, comparing how wide my arm is compared to my head. I doubt you could wrap two hands around my arms. That burning feeling that people whine about? I love it! My skin starts to wrap around my muscles so tightly it feels like it may rip. I love all the power that I possess, and the ability to transform my body into the muscle machine that it is. I have the ability to do continuous reps with weight most people can't even max with. After several minutes of reps, I set my dumbells down and show off my perfectly peak and full biceps. It's like there are two perfectly placed boulders in my arms. I finish off my pump with some resistance bands, pulling them in and holding them, feeling the constant pulling pressure. While holding the band up, I do several pumping pulses, feeling that glorious burn I love so much. Yuh, I'm proud of my muscles. And proud to show them off!
