SETTING AN EXAMPLE (wmv 1080)
Slyyy is your instructor today and she picks you to use as her example to teach the perfect take down and foot smother domination on. Slyyy tells you your place on the mats below her, your face looking up as her foot comes down to smother you. Slyyy knows it's brutal and she is so powerful that you can't move from under her. Slyyy stands tormenting you under her soles before sitting and using both of her karateka feet to smother your face. This is the perfect way to end a karate beatdown in this dojo. Pay attention and learn something see if you can retain the info after Slyyy is done with you.
